James Jones is the forgotten man of the Miami Heat

Blogged under Bloglockers,Front Page,General,Need to step up by admin on Sunday 11 March 2012 at 4:48 pm

31-year old SG/SF James Jones is buried on the depth chart this year and I don’t see that changing any time soon.  Jones has played in 28 games (6 starts) for the Heat so far this year and he is averaging 10.3 minutes, 3.2 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.3 assists per game.  Jones is still shooting well as he is hitting 41.2% from behind the 3-point line.  I don’t see his P.T. picking up unless Shane Battier or Mike Miller get injured.
