The Heat only shot 37.3% from the floor and they were outscored 26-19 by the Bucks last Sunday and those are the biggest reasons for this loss.  LeBron James led the way for the Heat with 28 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal in this game.  Chris Bosh also had a very solid game with 23 points, 6 rebounds and 1 assist.  Mario Chalmers pitched in with 12 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists in this game.  The Heat are now 11-5 on the year.

The Heat shot 54.3% from the floor and they outrebounded the Sixers 52-31 on their way to a very easy win last Saturday Night.  Chris Bosh led the way for the Heat in this game with 30 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals.  LeBron James had his usual great game with 28 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals and 3 blocked shots.  Mario Chalmers did a good job of running the offense as he finished up with 11 points, 3 rebounds, 8 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot.  The Heat is now 11-4 on the year.

The Heat got a relatively easy win over the Lakers last Thursday Night in Miami.  LeBron James was an absolute beast in this game as he finished up with 31 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists, 4 steals and 3 blocked shots.  Chris Bosh also had a solid game with 15 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal.  Shane Battier (11 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) and Mario Chalmers (10 points, 6 assists and 1 steal) also pitched in for the Heat.  The Heat are now 10-4 on the year.

Miami Heat 120, San Antonio Spurs 98

The Heat shot 58.2% from the floor last Tuesday and they outscored the Spurs 72-35 in the second half to bury them.  LeBron James (33 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists) and Chris Bosh (30 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals) led the way for the Heat in this game.  Mike Miller nailed all 6 of his three point attempts in this game as he finished up with 18 points, 4 rebounds and 1 assist in only 15 minutes on the floor.  Mario Chalmers pitched in with 13 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal in this game.  The Heat are now 9-4 on the season.

Denver Nuggets 117, Miami Heat 104

The Heat didn’t play any D last night as the Nuggets shot 55.1% from the floor and it did them in.  LeBron James led the way for the Heat in this game with 35 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and 1 blocked shot.  Chris Bosh also filled up the stat sheet with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 3 blocked shots last night.  Norris Cole (13 points, 1 rebounds and 1 steal), Udonis Haslem (12 points, 11 rebounds and 1 assist) and Mario Chalmers (10 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals) also pitched in for the Heat last night.  Dwyane Wade had 12 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals in 29 minutes on the floor before leaving the game with an injury.  The Heat are now 8-4 on the season as they have now lost three games in a row.

Los Angeles Clippers 95, Miami Heat 89 in O.T.

The Heat only shot 39.5% from the floor last night and they were outscored 9-3 in O.T. last night which doomed them.  LeBron James finished up with 23 points, 13 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals last night, but, he only shot 7 of 19 from the floor while turning the ball over six times!  Mario Chalmers had a solid game offensively with 18 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists last night.  Dwyane Wade only shot 6 of 17 from the floor but he still finished up with 17 points, 7  rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocked shots last night.  Chris Bosh pitched in with 16 points, 11 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 blocked shot.  The Heat are now 8-3 on the year.

23-year old point guard Norris Cole is off to a great start to his rookie season for the Heat.  He has played in 10 games (0 starts) so far this year for the Heat and he is averaging 23.2 minutes, 10.4 points, 1.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.5 steals per game.  Cole is already pushing Mario Chalmers for P.T. at point guard.  24-year old undrafted shooting guard Terrel Harris has also played decent basketball when called upon.  Harris has played in 5 games (0 starts) for the Heat so far this year and he is averaging 15.2 minutes, 5.4 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game.  25-year old center Mickell Gladness has not gotten much of a chance to show what he can do so far this year.  Gladness has played in 3 games (0 starts) for the Heat so far this year and he is averaging 4.3 minutes, 0.7 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game.

The Heat choked last night as they were outscored 39-22 in the 4th quarter and O.T. last night.  Dwyane Wade (34 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 4 steals and 1 blocked shot) and LeBron James (26 points, 11 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals) led the way for the Heat last night.  Chris Bosh (16 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 blocked shot) and Mario Chalmers (12 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists and 3 steals) also pitched in for the Heat last night.  The Heat are now 8-2 on the year.

Udonis Haslem is playing well for the Miami Heat

31-year old power forward Udonis Haslem missed most of last season due to injury.  They really missed his toughness, rebounding and defense last year.  He is trying to make up for lost time so far this year.  Haslem has played in 9 games (0 starts) for the Heat so far this year and he is averaging 30.1 minutes, 7.8 points, 10.3 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game.  Haslem is a key to the team if the Heat are going to make another championship run because he’s the most unselfish player on the team….without a doubt.

The Heat shot 50% from the floor while holding the Nets to a woeful 33.7% from the floor, which explains the rather easy road win last night.  LeBron James led the way for the Heat last night with 32 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals and 1 blocked shot.  Chris Bosh (16 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 2 blocked shots) and Udonis Haslem (12 points, 12 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 blocked shot) also pitched in with solid games for the Heat last night.  The Heat are now 8-1 on the year.
