Boston Celtics 117, Miami Heat 87

Blogged under General, Bloglockers, Game Recaps, Front Page by alleyoop on Wednesday 30 January 2008 at 7:27 pm

The Heat got extinguished last night at home by a Celtics team that did not have Kevin Garnett or Ray Allen active due to injury. The Heat only shot 35.9% from the floor as a team last night and they were outrebounded 51-36 which explains the final score. Mark Blount led the way for the Heat with 20 points and 5 rebounds. Little used Luke Jackson (14 points, 2 rebounds) and Earl Barron (10 points, 6 rebounds) were the only other Heat players that showed a pulse last night. The Heat are now 9-34 on the season.
