The Miami Heat lose Shaquille O’Neal indefinately

Blogged under General, Bloglockers, Big Heat News, Front Page, Injuries by alleyoop on Monday 28 January 2008 at 9:15 pm

The Miami Heat have lost center Shaquille O’Neal indefinately with a hip injury. The Deisel is starting to slow down at his advancing age but he still is one of the better centers in the NBA. He has played in 32 games (all starts) this season for the Heat and he is averaging 28.5 minutes, 14.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.7 blocked shots. Shaq is shooting 58.1% from the floor but only 48.2% from the free throw line. Veteran Mark Blount will replace Shaq in the starting lineup and he is a decent center. He has played in 29 games (8 starts) this season for the Heat and he is averaging 17.3 minutes, 6.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 0.3 assists per game. Like Shaq, Blount is a good shooter from the floor (50.3%) but he’s a poor free throw shooter (57.1%).

    Dear ,

I’m an inter with startup widget 1000 and I created a news widget for Miami Heat News.
It’s updated every hours with NBA headlines from several different sports websites like ESPN, FOX Yahoo, etc. (Take a look:http://www.widget1000.com/)

Can we add Miami Heat Team blog to the widget, too? That means that every time you post to your blog the headline of the post will show up on the widget and link directly to your post.
Anyone who puts this widget on their start page or on their website will see your
Miami Heat posts too. It’s a powerful and free way to publicize your site.

Finally, would you add the Miami Heat News Widget to your site so that others can see it?
Everyone who grabs the widget will automatically link to you so it’s great for your search engine rankings. Plus, it shows a lot of stories about NBA and since it’s updated every hour it is fresh and will make your site even more appealing than it already is.

    What do you think?

    Go Miami Heat

    Aurelie
